La Cocina’s Board of Directors is a diverse team of professional volunteers who care deeply about La Cocina’s mission, vision, values, and long-term financial sustainability.  Currently, the Board is focused on La Cocina’s 2023-2024  strategic plan, which they plan to launch in the summer of 2023.  Last year, the current Board spent a significant amount of time building the Board of Directors onboarding and induction training structures.  Along with the Founder, Dr. Janina Fariñas, the current Board of Directors is proud to lead La Cocina. This highly innovative Latine space executes a growth-based strategic plan to scale its capacity to meet the needs of our Latine community.
